Weight Loss-Day 1

highlight of the day!!: I think I lost 4 lbs in the last wk & a half! Current Weight 151 lbs (according to gym scale)

As some of my friends are aware I’m working at trying to lose weight. Now I may not be doing a great job at it. Frankly, I hate the gym. I am however trying to eat better & hopefully that will provide some change.

Now the reason I’m writing about this is…if the world is going to know what I eat, maybe just maybe I’ll eat better. So basically I’m tricking myself into eating healthier and adding exercise into my life style.

So I probably won’t go to the gym tonight. It’s Friday and I still have some more organizing to do in my room. Tonight I think will be a lovely day of cleaning out my closet and watching season three of One Tree Hill.

Tomorrow however, I will go to the gym after work. I plan to be at work from 8am-3pm, and then be at the gym from 4pm-6pm, and later celebrate Anthony’s bday in Long Beach.

So in conclusion I will now include my food intake for today (modified periodically throughout the day in order to be up to date).

Water Intake:
6-Eight Ounce Glasses

Breakfast:
Strawberry/Banana Organic Yogurt
Starbucks Frap

Lunch:
Lemon/Pepper Grilled Chicken Breast
Brown Rice
Mixed Veggies

Dinner:
To Be Announced
