Harrison Mills District: Fenn Lodge
I have also been informed that some construction and revamping has been done to the house. But it looks great! After staying there and talking to the current owners who purchased the property from Ella Pretty *yes this land is apart of the Pretty Estates, this one belonging to the last born son, Fenn* The original house aparently burnt down sometime ago, and this is the newer house built in 1903 as a private hunting and fishing lodge for the family.
Meanwhile has anyone seen the sale of lots at Harrison River? The lots were going for around 80grand. However to build the house, could cost more like 300grand. Ouch. But for the land and considering the value is only going up, I would say it is quite a steal.
However, Developers have bought some river front property for once again aprox 80grand. But they are now re-selling for 400grand!! Ah!??!
