Anonymous Comments Erased...Again Well lovely to say that we found another glitch in the anonymous comment system and once again they have all be erased. Lucky for use we spent the money and upgraded our server to included a replicate backup harddrive. We will be putting it to the test and attempt to restore the anonymous comments in full (within 1-day from the accidental erasure). We hope to have them all restored this weekend. We apologize for any inconvenience, but most of it is a learning curve with how to use the new backup system. Questions of concerns please let us know. Thank you. |

Anonymous Comments Restored Well it seems as though our backup investment for the server paid off. We were able to load all the anonymous comments that happened the morning before they were accidentally erased, which means only a handful were lost (10-20). Thanks all for the patience and sorry for this inconvenience. But rest assured that we will always have backups of all of Aeonity's data for the past 7 days on hand and we should always be able to restore any data lost within that time.
