aeonity Welcome Animal Crossing City Folk Members - Subscribe
For those who are unaware, I have created a post on Aeonity for gamers of Animal Crossing City Folk. The post is called: Animal Crossing City Folk Friend Code Trade. This enables users from all over the world to trade their Nintendo Wii (Animal Crossing) Friend Codes with each other.

So what can I do?
With that in mind we recommend to all Animal Crossing City Folk Members to create a blog entry so that you member account with Aeonity.com is not removed by our automatic non-posting system. Why not enter your Animal Crossing City Folk information? That would enable you share your friend code with everyone around the world!

quote:
So basically if you do not post an entry on Aeonity, you will be removed. We apologize, but this is a way for the community to keep it's existing steady flow of active members.

aeonity New Probation Rule Jan 17th, 2009 9:54:08 pm - Subscribe
New Probation Rule

We have implemented a new probationary rule to Aeonity. What does this mean to you? Well if you are a new user, or current user who has under 10 posts you can no longer have links in your blog posts.

However, after you have reached 10 posts this period is lifted and you can post links again. What we are trying to accomplish with this new rule is to thwart spammers. Hopefully this will reduce the number of spam posts we receive.

Another new rule to be implemented soon will be any blog account that is more than 15 days old without postibg a blog will be deleted due to not being an active member. If a user has at least 1 post their account wll not be deleted. Be active and keep your account alive.

If you have any issues with either of these please let us know. Thank you.

aeonity Slashes Bug Fix Jan 26th, 2009 11:52:33 am - Subscribe
Hello everyone,

We had a recent issue brought to our attention that required immiadiate fixing. So we did this today. Basically blogs would not display the back-slash (\) correctly on the entries. This was also seen in comments.

We have since fixed this issue and all should work well. Please report any errors or bugs that may have generated from this fix to us via this blog or the comment form.

Us at Aeonity would also like to remind the population that we run this site for free. There are only two of us who run it and we generate no revenue from this site. We are completely ad free and it does cost us money to keep this great dedicated server to run Aeonity on. We ask for patience when contacting us via support, especially on weekends, as we have families and other jobs to actually do that take priority over Aeonity.

If you have a problem with our free support, please feel free to join another blogging community where you will get ADs on your blogs or you have to pay a monthly fee. But please, give us time to get back to you and remember that we do our best to help out the users.

Thank you for supporting Aeonity.
