New Server

In effort to save costs and keep Aeonity up we have moved from our dedicated server to a BuyVM VPS. This saves us a lot of money. You may notice some errors or issues, please post anything you find here. We will be tweaking the server over the next few weeks to speed up the site and continue to make it run better.

If you have any questions etc, please let us know. The DNS may not fully propagate for 48 hours, but should be fully up and running by Tuesday.

Just wanted to thank you guys for doing all that you do. As far as I remember Aeonity has always been around, free, and the freedom in the system is great, thanks to who ever runs the site.

I have trouble logging in from Firefox or Google Chrome, Firefox just gives me a blank page and Chrome shows me a server error. I can only log in through IE and I don't use it at all. Hope you guys look into it.

Hi d8mtr,

We are having a few hiccups with the new server and we are looking into it. The new server is a lot less resources, which means less overhead cost for us but also means we really need to tweak it and play with the settings. When I think everything is up and ready I will let you know.

Edit:
Try it now, the server should work from Chrome or FF without a problem, if you still encounter issues logging in, please let me know.
