Unexpected Down Time for January 11 2007
This monring at approx. 8:25 AM (CST) it came to our attention that Aeonity was down, we are now contacting our hosting provider in regards to this issue that occured in the past 8 hours.
First off let us apologize for the Aeonity being down for the past 8 1/2 hours. Even though many of our users are not online at this time, it is still our goal to always keep Aeonity running will little to no network issues.
Our hosting provider made us aware that the Emocium Server was offline at 2 AM CST to 10 AM CST. We will be requesting credit for the loss of our guarenteed 99.9% uptime.
If there are any issues please contact us or let us know by using Aeonity Groups.
