There was a time a couple of years ago when I felt like everybody hated me. There were two girls in particular, Sophie and Vicky, who would tell people lies about me and deliberately try and turn my friends against me. All because of a missunderstanding. At that time I found a verse in the bible that really helped me to put my faith in God...
-Dont be afraid, I am with you. Dont tremble with fear, I am your God. I will make you strong, as I protect you with my arm and give you victories. Everyone who hates you will be terribly disgraced- those who attack you will vanish into thin air. You will look around for those brutul enemies, but you wont find them because they will be gone. I am the Lord your God. I am holding your hand, so dont be afraid. I am here to help you.-

Now I am no longer in contact with these girls or their friends and without intending to, Sophie and Vicky helped me realise who my true friends were.
Earlier this year I was moving house and came across my old diary and the verses I had copied from Isaiah. As I read it I realised Gods promises were now fufilled. An old friend had recently told me that both Sophie and Vicky were now living overseas â€" my enemies had vanished into thin air!
Even when it doesnt feel like it in the midst of problems, God is in control. He knows what will happen, and hell never leave you.
