This is the first in a series of logs. I am doing this so that if I should fall victim to the Evil Zork, or his goons, there will be a record of his deceit. In the event that I should become missing, or found dead, these logs will hold the key to finding my assailant.

Today I finished work earlier than usual. I assumed I would be okay, as they are not usually waiting to follow me until half an hour before I shut the shop. But they were prepared. Someone must have told them of my roster change, so I had to make sure I stayed in clear view of people. They followed me home, and I took a different path to throw them off track, but they knew what I was doing. Fortunantly I had extra locks fitted earlier this week, they shouldn't be able to gain access to my apartment with ease, so I think I will be safe. They won't get their hands on my knowledge, and I won't share it without a fight. I think the Evil Zork is working on some form of electronical device that reads brain waves. I am in the early stages of making a counteractive device that will block the transmissions. Hopefully it will be finished long before he has even started his prototype.

I must go now, I only allow a few minutes per day on the Internet. I fear Zork may be hacking his way into my PC. I have taken precautions and hidden files on disks. But one can never be too careful.

Zork has not caught me. It is currently 1534 hours.
