somebody hire me damn it!
That's pretty bad when you have dreams about working. There is like no jobs here in northern Michigan this time of year unless you want to milk cows or something. The economy is fucked up! ... has been for a few years now. Bush???
I don't know, but there used to be a lot of work up here 5 years ago but now it is almost completely shut down. I am a house painter so what little work I can rustle up in the summer months doesn't go to far once the snow starts flying.
I do web design also, but it is very hard to find customers. I so don't want to have to move back to Detroit, but if things don't pick up next year, I might have to and sell my house here that I just love!
OH well ... I do hope that things start looking up for me a bit as far as work is concerned.

Now speaking seriously...Well, yeah, it is too bad when we don't have a job to get our things going. I don't know if it is Bush as u say, but maybe it is just cause the world is changing so much and there are fewer jobs. The good thing is that u still have your stuff so u have something to start all over again. Love, never loose the faith. Look around you, far than you are looking for right now and maybe something will come up. And you know am in here for you, right? Well, anyways, i am sure something will come up for you, huni. Just be patient and keep looking for it! And remember...if u really are going to look for something in Detroit, make sure that before you decide to do this change in your life and sell everything, that u really have a job waiting for you in there okay??? Find first and just later sell stuff...but to tell u the truth...i hope it does not come to it...I hope you stay there in that lovely place of yours and that lovely house. You know why... I love you! |
