Summer Fun

Summer is moving along quickly. Orientation has passed, and graduation parties are reaching an end. Registering for classes starts next week and from there... the ball only rolls faster down the hill. x_x
It's a mixed feeling. I'm seeing alot of people for the last time, and meeting new people in GWU. It's a mix of nostalgia and anticipation for another start to make college a great addition to my life. I'll probably make the same mistakes I made in high school, with alot more dumb ones to add. But I'll grow wiser, hopefully...mature, not too much...and fine tune my mind on the workings of the world. That is what a secondary education is all about? Sure, there are people who go for mostly the social aspects... or the parties... but ultimately, it's my job to be a student first. Unofficially i'm in a monetary contract with my parents, so the leash still exists. haha
fine with me. i'm going to work hard. play hard. whatever it takes to get to the top...something i gave up trying 10th grade of my high school year. I refuse to be a college burn out.
So watch me, as I fly high! without drugs.
