it was VALENTINES' DAY. erm.. i finally had a date.. no wait, tt sounds pathetic.. haha.. but its true.. the past years, there were no guys in school to ask us on dates and we wld most likely be busy with CCA or mock exams..
crenshaw dated me yesterday.. haha.. tt was because poor me, had no date.. so he was nice enough to offer.. if not, i wld be at home doing nth or probably at the gym! hahaa..
we watched 'casanova'.. good stuff.. but we initially started from marina square and we were lost cos we cldnt find the cinema in the newly-revamped marina square!
and later we made a huge round to breeks.. we ate there.. poor crenshaw, he had to eat salad! haha.. he's vegetarian.. and i cldnt finish my fish&chips.. he treated again.. and e bill was 44 sth.. so in all, he spent more than 50 bucks!
we went to the toilet and made an extremely huge round to get to esplanade.. and along the way, i saw a nice cafe tt whit and i cld hang out.. cos there were nice couches! hehe.. and it wasnt exactly crowded.. hopefully they serve good coffee.. not tt we're connoisseurs.. but e coffee has to be palatable..
went to esplanade.. sat outdoors.. saw the sunset.. it was windy.. and subsequently, the sky got dark and a live band started to play! it was just so nice.. like what crenshaw said, i wish i could jst capture the ambience and atmosphere and replay it once in a while..
well, i guess that's the bad part about memories. it fades after a while, and arent as vivid as the experience itself
we left at 2100.. walked back to the mrt station and we jst talked the entire journey back to jurong.. waited for cab(which took forever).. and paid $2.40.. haha.. got home.. and everyone loves my rose! crenshaw made me a big paper rose! it's so special.. the norm wld be a bouquet of live roses, but mine was ONE paper rose that will never die! haha..
prayed for a time to share with crenshaw.. but i somehow have a feeling, he is a believer.. i dont know why.. initially thought he was catholic.. but seems like he isnt.. then again, maybe he backslided.. sighh.. GOD, speak to me and lead me on! amen..
had the inspiration from minyang's blog.. my ideal guy!
