Adaptec FireConnect 4300

Just got my firewire card today, and I must say I am really amazed by its preformance. Utilizing some high end video camera software, I have done some wonderful effects and movie tweeking. It so awesome. The hardware was automatically dedicated within the driver profiles and my software immediatly detected my video cam.

I will see about uploading some video later.
Question? Do you guys prefer, .mov, .avi, or .mpg?
