Adobe Announces Creative Suite 4 Release Date as early as September 24, 2008.

Adobe Creative Suite that is used by many magazines, newspapers, and designers announced that the release of the award winning software will be releaseed later this month.

Code Names
  • Adobe Dreamweaver - codenamed "Stiletto"[5]
  • Adobe Fireworks - codenamed "Ignite"
  • Adobe Flash - codenamed "Diesel"[6]
  • Adobe Flash Player - codenamed "Astro" (a new version of Flash Player may be released separately from CS4)
  • Adobe Photoshop - codenamed "Stonehenge"[7]
  • Adobe Soundbooth

    This is so crazy. CS3 isn't even that old! I really wish they would bundle Audition with it...Soundbooth is a terrible program.

    I agree. i'm sick of this constant program upgrade bullshit. an updated program years ago was quite a dramatic change. now it's just a few extra features after just managing to get the bugs out of the previous version with patches. i run a bureau so obviously have to keep forking out for every new software program. not to mention my dismay of the buy up and shelving of freehand by adobe. no competition means no options. kinda reminds of the stranglehold quark had before indesign came along.
