I couldn't agree more. I started getting out of shape, I realizedit when I ran out of gas playing basketball about a month ago. I got tired really quick so I put myself on a strict low fat diet and exercise regimen. I lost like 5 lbs. in 7 days. I don't have a scale at my house, but I may buy one becasue I agre that it would be a great way to mnitor myself and ad keep on track.
