Entry explains How to Create a System Restore Point in Windows 7. Everyone needs to create a system restore point at least once a week. Here is how to do it.

  1. Go to Start
  2. Right Click on My Computer
  3. Properties
  4. Click on the System Protection Link
  5. When System Properties opens up click create
  6. Name the Restore Point
  7. Wait while the Restore Point is Created
  8. Ok

That's it! The complaint that I usually get from Windows Vista and 7 Users is that many of these system resources can be troublesome to find. Remember that you can always use the search box in your start menu to find windows operations & programs.
