Entry gives a step by step on How to Enable Windows 7 Aero Shake Taskbar.
Really all you have to do is download a copy of the taskbar unlocker tool, both avaliable in 32BIT and 64BIT, drop it in your windows directory, execute the command prompt that is given below. Start the unlockProtectedFeatures.exe and your done!
How to Enable Windows 7 Aero Shake Taskbar
- First, download a copy of the Taskbar Unlock Tool (32Bit or 64Bit) and drop it in your Windows directory.
- Now execute the following commands as an Administrator in Command Prompt.
Copy & Paste this code in the CMD Prompt:

takeown /f %windir%explorer.exe
cacls %windir%explorer.exe /E /G MyUserName:F (replace MyUserName with your username)
taskkill /im explorer.exe /f
cd %windir%
Start unlockProtectedFeatures.exe
After changing the protected feature lock state, you can re-launch the shell by clicking the Launch button.

after I execute all the comands it kills my explore
