To uninstall a program like Internet Explorer most of us would go to the most obvious place, add / remove programs, or programs and features right? Wrong.
I was recently told by a coworker how to remove and uninstall Internet Explorer 9. He stated that it took him a while to find, and it's not in a very obvious place.
Here is what he instructed.
How to Remove & Uninstall Internet Explorer 9 Step by Step
- Go to Start
- Control Panel
- Programs and Features
- Now click on Installed Updates
- Look for Internet Explorer 9
- Now click Uninstall
With that you will roll back to the and older version of Internet Explorer previous to you installing Internet Explorer 9. (Internet Explorer 7 or 8)
