    It's sugar, sugar's almost everywhere in McD. E.g. - the buns to make them brown faster. I have worked there for a couple of months, so a few things caught my eye.
    And all sorts of the crusts, apart form the regular things you'd put in them (eggs, flour etc.) contain gum arabic, guar gum and tapioca.
    Also most of the meat is minced as hell (you wouldn't know, what it could have been earlier tounge.gif). Plus, most of the ingredients are pre-prepared, and kept frozen, so their tv-dinner state might as well affect the taste.
