For the past few weeks Priscilla and I have been running at the the track here in the Medical Center. We began our routine pretty small with only 2 laps (about 1 mile) but since then we have been adding a lap each time we go out. This past Friday we ran 4 laps and the time before we did 6. Not bad huh?

It's just a matter of time until we are at the weight that we would like to be. We are not so much concerned about the weight and all...but more on being healthy, active, and full of energy.

Here is a map. If you look a little further ways down and a bit to the left you will notice the track and baseball diamond.

I will keep you guys updated on how we do.

where do you park for the track?

Usually if its after hours you can park in the Univeristy parking lot, but if during the days you can park off on the side of many of the streets.
