Here is some reference material to Road Runner Speed Zones around San Antonio. I have used a Road Runner Speed Zone Hot Spot at the Black Eyed Pea about a block from where I live. The connection was really good, I would highly recommend that you guys give it a try. I havent gone WarDriving in a really long time. In fact the only time I do go is when I'm heading out of town. I swear on Loop 410 here in San Antonio from I-10 to Highway 90 to Del Rio, I found about 130 connection 65 of them that were unencrypted. So awesome.
Anyone wanna go Wardriving sometime? Priscilla and I do it all the time in Del Rio. (my hometown)

No, San Antonio is too freaking hot. Anyhow I encrypt my Wireless network with MAC Authentication and 128 BIT WEP Key. Only smart people can get in and if they do I have a monitoring device that tells me =)

I hear in parts you don't even get snow! Shocking ...being in Canada in all. Can't even imagine a life without snow!

I love SA and miss it, but I still go down twice a month. And I've been surprised at how many unencrypted networks there are when wardriving. I've only done it a few times to check email and stuff. If you get a Linksys router, do yourself a favor and change the password. That was the first thing I did when I got my Belkin router and I just give the SSID to friends in the neighborhood, but it's a small area so it usually just my brother that uses it from his notebook.

Agreed anonymous San Antonio is not the most secure nor most technological when coming to security. Even though we do have Rackspace, and GlobalScape (cuteftp people) lol

what are you wardriving with? I find that kismac and my prism card (for injecting packets) offers one of the better wardriving experiences. my mo tends to be grabbing an unsecured connection in an apartment complex when in a pinch and need of some internet.

Aerosol by Sniph works really well as seen on Wardrive.net. But if I had to choose I would say AirCrack.

Its so strange. On my online game, I've met a sweet boy who lives in San Antonio. Haha, maybe you've met him.
He and I keep touch by phone calls. Such fun. I wanna move to San Antonio, is it nice?
