San Antonio Homeless

Well I was watching Kabb Fox 29 News today and I noticed that one of the stories were "Tramps in the Medical Center". I live in a condo here in the med center, and I really havent noticed any but apparently there are.

According to the news they claim that the homeless are finding refuge in the "expensive living areas", of San Antonio. One of the homeless people they interviewed was a guy named Lloyd the Tramp. (As he likes to be called) He says that he is willing to work for money but he has no ID and no one is willing to him. So he lives life on the street holding a sign.

my son who is bipolar was sent to a group home when they learned he recieves a SSI check.I have tried to contact the home ,found it is no longer there.As he is an adult I can not get any information as to where he is at.
Is he out on the streets, is he still alive? I pray every day for some word from him.
