Today I have been looking for search engine optimization articles. If you do not know what search engine optimization is I would recommend taking the time to do a google search on it. I have found alot of good information on my searchs but nothing I dont already know.

Today I had lunch at Jack and the Box and I tried the new Turkey Sandwich. Eck. I cant believe I payed $5.19 for something that was as lame as the BBQ Burger. It had some sauce in it I think it was pepper ranch or something. It was gross. I also got my boss and Mark some food, other than that things are really slow around here.
