As many of you guys might already know Jim and I are the developers of the Spyglass Hill Condominium website here in San Antonio Texas. I have been living here at Spyglass Hill for about 7 years now, and I love my property & surroundings. To make things easier on the management team and homeowners of Spyglass I plan on making an online ticket based system that will give our homeowners the opportunity to create work orders online. Work orders are problems that they may be having with there condominium. Some examples include leaks, power outages, and cracking to name a few. The expected project should be completed in the Summer of 2006.
