Swimming Gives Me A Cold

For the past 3 days I've been sick with a cough and runny nose combination. Alot of people say it could be allergies...but honestly I think its from the time I went swimming at the pool. Seems like every other time I go swimming in a chlorine based swimming area I get a cold. When I do go for a swim I do prefer a lake / river...I personally think its much cleaner. So anyways here I am, sick, tired, and congested.
