Are you using Windows 7, but can't let go of you're love for Windows XP yet? Well I've got good news for you.

Windows 7 Windows XP

Today Microsoft made an annoncement stating that Windows 7 users will be able to downgrade to Windows XP for the life of Windows 7. Windows 7 Ultimate will be supported until 2020.

Microsoft states:
Going forward, businesses can continue to purchase new PCs and utilize end user downgrade rights to Windows XP or Windows Vista until they are ready to use Windows 7. Enabling such rights throughout the Windows 7 lifecycle will make it easier for customers as they plan deployments to Windows 7.

So what does this mean to everyone? Well, since XP is supported a user now has the option of Windows 7 or Windows XP. I cannot imagine using XP unless you have hundrends or if not thousands of productions PC's on it that you manage.
