why
do we
insist

upon
drawing
lines in
the sand?

looking
at a
photograph
of the earth,

I find
myself
expecting
to see

borders
and dividers
superimposed
upon its
surface.

what for?

do you
mean
to tell me
that

the wonders
of
this planet
can be
withheld?

am I
to
believe

that I
cannot go

anywhere
I please?

[I am]content yet philosophical.

very insightful.. unfortunatly world leaders do not see things the same way as you do... If only the world were free to everyone... But then again... wouldnt we just fall into a pit of chaos without structure??? or would we be able to live in anarchy...

Some people make real walls to keep people in place. Some apply censorship and revised history to keep ideas in check. Some apply rules to keep people out. Some have criteria to exclude relationships. We all have walls of some kind or another. They are not all bad. If you try hard enough, you yourself can overcome many of them, but there will probably always be some you cannot surmount.
