| so here I’m trying to climb your window, I’m trying to make it seem like I’m head over heels. It seems I’ve fallen after twelve feet; I’m lying on the ground. You wait in your room, but no hero will come tonight. So I’ll bring you roses on the first date, and yeah you are my queen. Never thought I’d say it’s worked far too well… well. I’m really nothing but a dull boy, in gray t-shirts and jeans. Sorry my head is always in the clouds, but where else would I want it to be? It’s never quite the same, when she’s always chasing that train. It’s never quite the same, when you’ve been friends for so long. It’s never quite the same, when you know you’re not the one. Amongst flowers from a new breed, a kind that blow through fall. Although they’re dead and falling wilted now, it seems they’ll still survive. Inside my bumping chest, under this swollen vest. note: this is not a song. just a journal entry. school is taking it's toll on me. i've had more than enough of it. i need a vacation. bad. real bad. i made a decision today. i am going to the beach for spring break. and im taking my bike. if i cant find a soul to go with me, then fine. i'm going solo. but i think i am going to petition a few people about going with me. i am going to see about getting one of my riding buddies to go. he went last year (not with me) and apparently got so fucked up that it took him the week after spring break, when school was back in, to sober up. he couldnt walk. must have been brutally hammered. i am going to see if i can talk him into going for 4-5 days. potential target areas: myrtle beach, south carolina & anywhere, florida. stay tuned - if you tune into this blog at all... i will more than likely, have my macbook with me to upload photos to facebook and myspace and log my experiences while i'm there. i'm in the process of looking for hotels, places to stay, etc. there will be some required status before i land a place.. i will have to have a place with a room on the bottom floor that i can get my bike INTO the room. or - i am going to add theft coverage and collision coverage to my insurance before heading out so if something happens, i'm covered. i think that is probably what i will end up doing. so, in the unfortunate event that some asshole steals my bike (and makes it out of my sight without getting shot) or i wreck, i will be covered. |

| i looked into myrtle beach, sc and charleston, sc today and they are about 350-370 miles from here... long ride on a motorcycle but not nearly as bad as florida where bike week is... try 600+ miles!!! still trying to find some people to roll out with me. |
