school is taking it's toll on me. i've had more than enough of it. i need a vacation.
bad.
real bad.
i made a decision today.
i am going to the beach for spring break. and im taking my bike. if i cant find a soul to go with me, then fine. i'm going solo.
but i think i am going to petition a few people about going with me. i am going to see about getting one of my riding buddies to go. he went last year (not with me) and apparently got so fucked up that it took him the week after spring break, when school was back in, to sober up.
he couldnt walk. must have been brutally hammered.
i am going to see if i can talk him into going for 4-5 days.
potential target areas: myrtle beach, south carolina & anywhere, florida.
stay tuned - if you tune into this blog at all... i will more than likely, have my macbook with me to upload photos to facebook and myspace and log my experiences while i'm there. i'm in the process of looking for hotels, places to stay, etc. there will be some required status before i land a place.. i will have to have a place with a room on the bottom floor that i can get my bike INTO the room. or - i am going to add theft coverage and collision coverage to my insurance before heading out so if something happens, i'm covered. i think that is probably what i will end up doing. so, in the unfortunate event that some asshole steals my bike (and makes it out of my sight without getting shot) or i wreck, i will be covered.
