Motivation

Why is it that for many of us motivation only
lasts for a short start -up period? I've noticed many times how i've built up the motivation to do something amazing but this is only 1% of the time. I think it is possible to maintain it
but not to the extent that we need. On a different note, my perception of myself and people has changed for the better. Not everyone is the same and people want different things. I'm going to work hard this year and stick to it. Let's see how it goes.
