One of my things on 49 things (check it out it kicks ass) is to find the beauty inside myself.

To do that I'm brightening up the exterior.

Get my Hair Done
Do My Nails
Wear Make Up
Work Out
Eat Right

Because I need to show myself, I'm worth that kind of time. So I roped my friend Brax into being my Beauty Buddy. We talk about what makes us feel beautiful, what we can do more often to realize we are wonderful.
