Life Re-Charged: Isagenix Day 3 - Cleanse Day

Day 3 of Life Re-Charged with Isagenix
Today I started my first Cleanse day. On the Isagenix Cleanse day you are suppose to drink 4oz of Isagenix Cleanse Drink with 8oz of water 4 times a day. Well I had my first 4oz of the Isagenix Cleanse Drink today and made a HUGE mistake of mixing the 4oz of the Isagenix Cleanse Drink into the 8oz of water. That was the nastiest tasting 8oz of water I ever had in my life! Next time I will take the 4oz of Isagenix Cleanse Drink like a shot and than drink 16 oz of water followed by brushing my teeth!

Today I get to eat the Isagenix Snacks as needed upto 6 a day. Well I had one at 8:45am just to see how it tasted, well the Isagenix Snacks taste was not horrible but the Isagenix Snacks honestly tasted like something a horse would eat. Another 16 oz of water for that too =)

I do not feel much of a difference. I am not really that hungry yet at all. The Isagenix Cleanse Drink seemed to of messed with my stomache a little bit. Thats alright though because I am not suppose to eat anything. No noticable changes to my system yet.

Ending Notes
I feel pretty good. I woke up energized this morning, very odd. The good thing was I could come into work late today! I kept hitting the snooze button and enjoyed every minute of my extra sleep even though it was unneccesary!
