Clean Good Water
I love having clean good tasting water...who doesn't? That is the major thing I miss about the mountains. Is that your water is pure straight from the tap. I invested in a Brita water filter recently. I just recieved it today at work (I shipped it to my work address because it is 30 miles to drive to FedEx to pick it up if I miss it) so I went home at lunch and attempted to install my new Brita Water Filter.
Well stupidly I put it on without Plumbers Tape. So now I have to go buy some Plumbers Tape from Ace Hardware tonight so it does not leak, because as of right now it sprays all over the place. I also have it on too tight, so I need to attempt to loosen it. That is the other downside to this water filter. To loosen it takes a bit to do without breaking the Water Filter.
The water filter I bought from Brita (actualy www.drugstore.com) is the new Aquaview water filter. It seems to work great if I can just get that plumbers tape and loosen it a little bit. I cannot wait. The water in Denver tastes just like dirt. Except the water from the tub does not. Weird but I just get my water out of the bath tub. I mean the water comes from the same place, so why not? I know some people may think that is sick but the water tastes better than the sink...100x better.
Anyways once I get this water filter working and test it out I will write a decent review about (maybe if it works right). At anyrate I love Clean Good Water! I miss the mountains. One day I will live in them again.
