Day 1 AM - Body for Life
6/13/2005 - Monday Day 1
6:45-6:55 - Breakfast
- Malt-O-Meal with 1 Cup of milk
- Raspberry and Blue Berries (1 serving)
- 1 3/4 of water
- 2 Celery sticks
Morning thoughts/feelings -
Took me about 10 minutes to wake up from what I wanted to wake up at. This could be due to that I went to bed about 10:45 P.M. South Park could have been the reason I was up late. Maybe try to not watch South Park or put it to 1 episode instead of 2 or 3. This morning I felt pretty good. The Malt-o-Meal was pretty bland, but I guess it did what it was suppose to. I think I need to drink some more water, so maybe try to drink 2-3 cups. It did feel good to have a nice breakfast. I am worried that tomorrow I will not get up to go work out. I am hoping to get a good plan tonight going for my workout in the morning. Do something challenging but not too hard so I will not get discouraged. I need to start getting to bed around 9. So that means that I will have to give up playing my video game as much as I used to. Which may be a little challenging, but I hope to be worth it. A concern I have is my meals. I am not sure if I am getting the amount of food I need/servings. I would like to think I am but I am unsure. I guess I just keep at it and then I will hopefully be able to figure out a better meal plan. Right now I am thinking I need to mark my Tupperware tubs with like "8:00 AM" "10:00 AM" "12:00 PM" "3:00 PM". I am looking forward to working out because I miss that feeling. I need to wake up at 5:15 and leave my place at 5:30 so I can get to the Recreation center and get the pass bought and learn my way around the Recreation Center. I am just going to do day passes for the first little while. Just to make sure that the Recreation center will work for me. I have a small neck/headache right now. I think it is from sleeping in some way. It is not bad or anything just kind of an annoyance.
9:30-10:15 - Mid Day Snack
- Nectarine
- 1 x 6 oz Raspberry Yogurt
- 1 x Quaker Rice Cake (Chocolate)
- 1 serving of Vegetables (Carrots Cauliflower Broccoli)
- 10 oz of Water.
- 1 Serving (handful) of Spitz Sunflower Seeds.
Mid day Thoughts -
No new thoughts really. Just glad I am somewhat full. I cannot wait for lunch to have my Tuna salad! =)
