    Day 6 - Shake Day
Happy Easter yestarday! Well yestarday started out weird. I was in a weird mood till I got out of the shower. Than after talking to Lyndsey about wedding stuff I got frustrated and had to workout to release the frustration which worked really well. After that I got dressed up and headed over to Lyndsey's grandma's house where I had to watch everyone eat Ribs, Ham, Pasta, Deviled Eggs and Jello Eggs, while I ate salad and some deviled eggs. It was hard to not eat any Ribs, but I got through the meal with only eating good stuff that was around 400-600 calroies.

Than all the chocolate and candy. That looked delicous, but I could not have any. Thats alright, I got some for when I am done with my Isagenix 9-day Cleanse. One thing though it is getting a little easier not eating anything. Just a little. The Isagenix Shake I had for breakfast was alright, better than the Isagenix Cleanse Juice. I had the Isagenix Vanilla Shake for breakfast and the Isagenix Chocolate Shake for Dinner. Yum Yum. For dinner I went out with Lyndsey her brother and her dad to Black-Eyed Peas. They all had chicken fried steak = I just had water. The food I wanted most from Black-Eyed Peas was their Corn Bread. But with the help of Lyndsey I resisted.

The Isagenix 9-Day Cleanse is showing me how much will power I have. Isagenix is showing me that I can do whatever I want to do if I put my heart and soul into it. I am amazed that I have not had any Meat other than Lean Roast Beef on the Pre-Cleanse Days and Eggs. The Isagenix 9-Day Cleanse has not been easy for me, but it is helping me appreciate the food I will eat after I am done. I do not think I am going to go haywire on crap food, just here and there. I do know that I want either Pizza, The Rib BBQ, or a Safeway Deli Sandwhich when I am done with my Isagenix 9-Day Cleanse.

    Ending Notes
I am really tired right now and my chest is sore from working out. I think I should of used the Isagenix Want More Energy Mix this morning. Tommorow I will probably use the Isagenix Want More Energy Mix in my Isagenix Vanilla Shake.

I have been interested in Isagenix as well and after reading your story it seems that you never thought it would work from the start. Life is a self-fulfilling prophecy and I believe you become what you think about most. What I read was that the process was not to your liking so the results were poor. With that attitude you wouldn't enjoy anything including the process of sex. I will try the program, but with the expectation that it will work and to expect the best rather than try to prove it won't work. If you feel you can't, then your right. I would be interested in knowing how you view other areas of your life.

Honestly, I believed this would work so foolishly I tried it. I starved myself 11 days with no results what so ever. Either way keep thinking that way and hopefully you get better results with your "philosophy" of a mind set.

When you realized you wasted $400, well sucks for you as you were warned.

My real ordeal with Isagenix is that after you cleanse now in order to keep the weight off you MUST by the 30-day maintance for the next 6 months and cleanse twice more in that year. All you are doing is killing your body by not eating solid foods. I love food, I am not going to drink shakes like someone who is a vegetable for the rest of my life so I can look healthy. No thank you!

I agree with Frost!! This program sounds crazy and a lot of $ on top of it! My Aunt is doing this, so I came to check it out and see how much $ she is actually spending AGAIN on the quick fix! All I can say is ridiculous! Anyone who drinks shakes and starves themselves will probably lose weight, but quite honestly I do not think you GET enough calories, which was obviously Frost's issue! In fact he probably did more harm than help to his metabolism!! I must say you have great willpower, Frost ~ put that into counting calories and exercising! My Aunt says she does not crave "bad" food anymore...but has only lost 20 pounds in 3 months!! Well, I go for months eating healthy and do not crave the bad food either, and when I do eat junk my body will feel bad for days until I CLEANSE it again with good food! Why not try that cleansing process instead of this awful drink that costs hundreds of dollars???????
