Good question anonymous.
Open UTorrent.
Goto File->Create New Torrent
After that just follow the instructions and eventually you will have a .torrent file you can upload to sites and distribute to friends.

hey what do you do when a show you downloaded from Bit torrent doesn't work right? (e.g. the timing of the video and sound is off, as well as sub titles etc.)

when a files lipsync is off you can use crystal player and it will match the sound with the video playback lipsyncing it.. just download crystal player.. type it in google its free
