Vacuuming Up a Wasps Nest
This morning I got this bright idea to go and clean off my deck (I live in an apartment building and I am on the first floor). I start cleaning out the cracks between the deck and sweeping up all the garbage into a pile so I can get the vacuum and clean it up easy. I get the vacuum and I am doing good on vacuuming everything up, well I spot my dryer vent just below the deck above mine.
I decided I might as well vacuum that out while I am at it. As I start vacuuming out my dryer vent I spot a Wasp's nest in there with about 4 wasps around it. I accidently sucked the whole nest into my vacuum. After I did that about 3 wasps fell...it must be too cold out still for them...luckily. I stomped on those 3 before they knew what was up and as I stomped on those 3 a fourth one came flying down at me and then just fell.
It was the weirdest thing to see. At anyrate I have my vacuum outside now with the wasps nest in it and I am waiting till nightfall before I remove the bag. Stupid wasps, I am not going to get stung today. Anyhow that was kinda funny, thought I would share it.
That is my story of the Wasps Nest vs My Vacuum.
