Caffeine has long been associated with all sorts of practical applications, such as a heightened sense of alertness, more energy and even burning of fat. But many of these beliefs may have been based on anecdotal evidence than concrete results.
This natural stimulant, which may be found in coffee and many energy drinks, may actually be found in hundreds of dietary supplements, especially those marketed as metabolism boosters.
For instance, a supplement called Brazilian Phyre may contain an unusually high amount of Caffeine, thanks to ingredients like Guarana, Cha de Bugre and more.
Of course, the side effects of too much Caffeine may include that “wired” feeling, sleeplessness and restlessness.
