Managing mood to improve weight loss

There is said to be a strong correlation between our mood and the need/desire to eat excessively: When we are happy, we are not likely to seek comfort in unhealthy junk foods like ice cream and other sweets. When we are depressed or sad, we may do so and hurt our dietary goals.
A product called Cortislim is advertised as capable of providing the balance we need to keep from overeating, especially when we come under stress. It may contain natural ingredients such as Vitamins and herbal extracts. However, it does not seem to contain the potent appetite suppressant Hoodia Gordonii, which may disappoint many savvy dieters.
