How to locate the Validation Email
If you have successfully submitted your registration and still have not received the email to start your blog account, here are some things to consider:
If you are using a free email account (like Hotmail and Yahoo), make sure you have not exceeded your mailbox storage limit, and check your bulk/junk/spam mail folder(s). Most of the times these types of email providers automatically assume that email validations are spam.
Make sure you entered your email address correctly on the posting form - it only takes one typo! If you believe that you mistyped your email address at registration, please contact us and specify the email you used along with your username.
Some email providers and ISPs have implemented "spam filters" which we have found are often badly designed or misconfigured - sometimes resulting in blog-publishing & other aeonity emails being intercepted. To fix this problem add Aeonity to your mailing lists or trusted emails.
Network problems between ISPs (Internet Service Providers) can delay email transmission, sometimes for many hours - consider stretching out, getting some fresh air and checking back later. It usually takes between 1 to 10 minutes to recieve email from the aeonity server. If you still have not recieve your validation email by that time please contact us with the email you used to registered along with your username.
