I have been accused of miming in my videos, and I have to say that I take that as a great compliment. For them to think that it's the original.
That got me thinking, and I carried that idea over to this video. It's a slideshow of my photographs with a difference. One that interacts.
This song is called "You found me" and is by a group called "The Fray". It's not the first of theirs that I have uploaded to youtube. Some time back I did "How to save a life".
See what you think of my rendition of this song.
As always, here is the latest update on my Youtube numbers.
The subscriber increase is still on that climb and has now reached 1,408.
The visits to my channel page now stand at 32,714.
The total views for all my videos is 677,653.
Coming next is a Coldplay cover, with a dedication to a couple of Youtube subs.
You can say what you want.

I'm now up to my 93rd video.
It's time I did some of my requests and this one has been requested more times than any other. There have been requests for quite a few different Neil Diamond songs, and I've done quite a few already on Youtube, but this one has evaded my microphone thus far.
The title is "Love on the rocks". I hope you enjoy it as much as I did singing it. Neil Diamond compositions are always a joy for me to sing.
OK. It's numbers time. It's all going well.
The Subs to the Jeffstunes channel are now up at 1,406.
My channel has now been looked at 32,593 times and the total viewing figures for all my videos combined is 673,277!!
Looking forward to the next post. I'm going to be crossing another most requested off my list, and it is going to be one from "The Fray". Then looking even further. A Coldplay song from X&Y
For only time.

I'm taking a bit of a time out from telling my fathers story. I will be coming back to it.
It's been quite some time since I uploaded my last vid, but the viewing figures still seem to be consistent. I've recorded a few songs that were requested, and it's time to give them an airing. Here's the first one.
It's a classic from the Carpenters. It was pure fluke that I saw a documentary about them the other night. I think that had something to do with me uploading it.
The song is called "For all we know", and this is my rendition of it.
Now for an update on the statistics. They've moved on a bit.
The subs are healthily up at 1,368.
The channel views are 31,758.
Finally, the overall video views are 648,469.
Hopefully the next upload will be something from Neil Diamond. A much requested song. Then it's a Fray song. That's coming up
A Kings of leon number

The ninety first of my Youtube vids, and astonishingly one of my choices. I thought I'd treat myself. I've been hearing a song for a while, but haven't really paid that much attention to it until recently. Then when I did give it a good airing, I found it very easy and enjoyable to sing. So I used a spare half an hour in the morning to record it. Literally. The song is called "Use somebody", and it's originally by "Kings of leon".
See what you think:
I thought I'd use the video opportunity to pump a website I made. It all started with answering my comments on YT. If you try to write more than four comments in ten minutes, you normally get challenged by Captcha. You get asked to type in made up words that are sometimes very amusing. I kept on clicking "Can't read" to make it generate loads of different alternatives, to find all the funny ones. Virtually all the words do not exist in real life, and pretty soon i started dreaming up dictionary definitions for those words. I was thinking of how amusing it would be if someone made a website with the fake Captcha words and fake definitions in a disctionary. It would be so funny. I couldn't wait for that to happen, so I quickly put together my own site and called it "Captchionary".
I sat down for a day going through some of the captcha images I've collected and added them to the site with definitions. I've made it so that anybody can submit their own captcha definitions. The more I get the better. I can't wait to see what other people come up with.
So keep an eye out for those amusing Captcha words. If you see one that brings an amusing definition to mind then right click on the Captcha image and save it to your computer. Then visit the Captchionary website at:
There's a submission form at the bottom of the page. Fill out the fields including the path to your Captcha image, or you can just add a definition to one of the words already exisiting in the Captchionary. Then leave up to the vetting process. While you're on the site. Why not check out some of the existing words and definitions. You can click the "Hit me" link for random words. My cheeks already hurt from some that I've read.
Now down to my Youtube affairs. Here's the latest lowdown on the statistics.
Subscribers = 1,208
Channel views = 28,081
Total video views = 537,056
Until next time...
All you've got to do is call

My list of requests is out of control. it now exceeds three hundred. I get many more requests than I can possibly do, so I've decided to pick and choose from the list. This next choice is "You've got a friend" by "James taylor". A number of people in the past made comparisons with my voice and James Taylor. I don't believe I sound anything like him but that's my opinion.
Check it out and see what you think:
My Dad part 12
The two other drunks apart from my dad that I've told you about, worked for a while with my father at a company called "Taylor woodrow" in Greenford. I got the distinct impression that the company were winding up operations on the site they were working on. I recall being taken to their annual summer party. It was fun I suppose, but I didn't really know anybody there apart from those invited by my father. I visited his place of work on a number of occasions. I think he was employed in the capacity of some sort of security guard. It was a vast site with many buildings, yet none of them seemed to be staffed in any way. What perfect conditions for my father to work in, and I say that loosely. Nobody to witness him enjoying a tipple, and he most certainly did during working hours. He also used to bring home just about anything he could lay his hands on. By the time he left, his home was like a sub office of the firm
I'm not sure if he ended up getting fired or made redundant from there, but it doesn't really matter in the end.
My father used to like to give. His gifts consisted of all sorts including precious and valuable items. I later discovered that these were all a product of his pilfering habit. So what was bequeathed to me. Let's see now. After adding it all up it amounts to nothing. He stole them from me, probably to buy more alcohol. I can't say I'm too bothered. I've never been one to wear jewellery. I kept them in a draw. I also didn't really consider them mine. The brutal truth is that he didn't have a right to give them either!
So, what's it like to be the offspring of a common thief and an alcoholic?
I can't see it being any different from anybody else. Most children don't agree with some of their parents actions, it's just that a quantity of my father's actions were illegal
To be continued...
My Youtube number have been advancing fairly consistently. My average daily viewing figures are roughly between 1,100 and 1,300. Oddly enough though. Occasionally one of my videos gets a boost in viewing figures for no apparent reason. Like one video getting 4,000 views in 2 days. I'm still scratching my head.
My subscribers have increased to 1,183.
The amount of times my channel has been seen is 27,367 and finally, the overall video views have stormed past the half a million mark and now stand at 521,210.
Coming up next is more covering. I'm in the process of doing another duet so I'm not sure if that's going to come first.
