Baby Steps to Becoming Physically Fit
Baby Steps to Becoming Physically Fit
Not trying to be a trend follower I am attempting to take Baby-Steps to losing weight and becoming healthier to my body. Although I am a firm believer that meat helps the immune system more than most people know, I still want to manage how much I eat and what I eat. Over the past 2 weeks I have been taking my bike and riding it for at least 20 minutes around two lakes near my apartment in Lakewood Colorado. The ride is only about a 1 to 2 mile ride, but it is very tough for me. I am working on getting my cardio up. Tonight I plan on starting my Weight Lifting portion.
The plan for my Weight Lifting portion is to lift little by little and slowly increase starting with my upper body and Abs. Tonight I plan on doing 3 sets of 12, 10 and 8 reps for Bar Curl, Bench Press, Military press, and Triceps. Than after words take a 20 minutes bike ride around one of the lakes. Tomorrow's plan, which I am still in the phase of making, I hope to work on Lunges, Push-up's and abs. I know this plan will not produce results for a long time, but you have to start somewhere.
I will try and make a daily entry just about this Baby Step program I am diving into. There is no set or formal plan just make it as I go. I plan to try and eat healthier, meaning Deer Meat, Salad without a lot of extra's, and vegetables of course. By working off of this program I hope to step into another Isagenix 9-Day Cleanse. I would just like to have my bad habits controlled before I do another 9-Day Cleanse.
Thanks for Reading,
