My Poor Sleep Deprived Body
My Poor Sleep Deprived Body
My poor body is not getting enough sleep. I have been staying up till 1:00 AM or later and getting up around 7:30 AM or later for the past couple of weeks. Sleep deprivation takes a toll on your body after a while. Along with my Stopping a Bad Habit I plan on giving my body more rest. The reason my sleep deprived body is even an issue is due to the fact I am always tired at work, which in toll makes the work day go longer. I also notice a lack of enthusiasm, energy and clarity of my mind. My plan is to be in bed by 10:00 PM at the latest and waking up at 6:30 AM. Golfing season is upon me and I need to get up at 5:30 AM if I want to golf before work. Starting the habit of getting enough sleep each night will hopefully improve my mood, mind clarity and help me wake up for a good game of morning golf.
I would suggest that you do the same if your situation is similar to mine. Luckily I am in a position where I can set times to be in bed and times to get out of bed. Hopefully this helps my tiredness at work.
