Ok, so I am a little late in this post. The week that has past was a good one. In general, most of my lessons were pretty bludgy, due to a number of my teachers going to the Year 7 swim school. And on the day that they all come back (Friday) and most would dread the load of work that was coming, I basically got the whole day free. First period I got taken out of class for stage band, 2nd period was my free period, 3rd was taken out again to help prepare for presentation day.
It was pretty awesome, performing at the presentation day. Not to mention the benefits of front row seats, and the bludginess. I was also pleasantly suprised to see a large number of one of the groups of year 9 girls I hang around getting awards. And also suprised when, while everyone had finished clapping and there was a reasonable amount of silence after the Concert Band performance, my little 4yr old brother Victor decided to call out my name from the 3rd row. lol.
Saturday was a strange day. Good but strange. It started with Pancakes on the Rocks at Darling Harbour, where I arrived half an hour early and basically sat there for the whole time. And when Albert Santos arrived, and all of the invited, I realised that I knew nobody there. Oh well. The restaurant wasnt so bad, I had a Chicken and Bacon Pizza that suprisingly enough, kept me full till about 9pm at night.
My favourite part of the day was playing tips- in a playground full of little kids, half scaring them to death by running past them and near totalling every time. Not to mention the climbing and jumping around the actual playground.
Why the hell is there one more week of school? The Presentation Day would have been an awesome way to end the School Year =_= oh well.
This week has been relaxing. Not much to say other than that lol. Today, I wandered up to a group of Year 7 girls having a party, introduced myself and learnt their names, and then joined in- eating the homade cake, cupcakes, minicupcakes, biscuits etc all made by a girl named Della. I'm still feeling a kind of "after-awe" from thinking about her, a year 7 kid who can cook WELL for 3 hrs straight.
And that's pretty much all I have to say, or really all I can say once you take away all the secrets I know. My psychologist is on leave for two weeks for the holidays, so I am basically free for most of the Christmas/New Years period lol.
Speaking of which, MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!
