| Microsoft has been quietly counting down of the discounts offered by organizations considering upgrading to Office 2010. By June, Microsoft is offering a discount of 50 percent on customers 'Open Value Subscription' upgrade to Office 2010. Microsoft calls this discount program "up to date (UTD) offer. Your organization can benefit or not, depends on the version of Office is currently authorized. The normal value for holders of Microsoft Office XP, which provides a means of closure has passed.
