I am going to wear out his new cd 'My Own Best Enemy' before the concert the 20th. 
It is so great! If you haven't checked it out yet, I suggest you get your paws on it as soon as possible. You won't regret it...
My favorites are track #s 2, 4, 6, 9, and 11. I am going to refrain from sharing the lyrics for those of you who haven't heard any of the cd or songs.

Got tickets this past Friday for a Richard Marx/The Calling concert. I can't wait to see the show. It's Nov. 20th

I don't know how many times I can say it, but I love "Somebody" by Bonnie McKee. I have it on my LaunchCast player and it rocks!
Just chatting with Sarah and deciding whether to play the sims 2 later or not. May end up watching JAG later, too-- not sure.

7 days to my trip. Not that I am counting or anything. LOL. I can't wait to see everyone again not to mention the new actors. 4 of 5 that I haven't met yet.

I had physical therapy from July 9 until just a few weeks ago...basically a 6 week period. Now for those of you who don't know know me or can't remember much about me, I am 24 and have spastic quad cp
The good news after the pt (which I got from home as someone was able to come in 2-3 times a week) is that I am sitting straighter and not leaning to the left like when I started the PT. I don't hear my mom tell me to sit up!

Yes, I am still alive and well. We got fam pictures taken on Saturday; it had been 6-8 yrs since we'd done that- it was time even though dad doesn't like doing it.
2 weeks from Thursday, I'll be in CA!! I can't believe it's that close. It seemed so far away and now it's just around the corner.

It's been a while since I updated this thing, and I promise I didnt fall off the planet 
I have just felt like so much is going on and am getting more and more excited for my trip next month to LA.
I can't wait! Ally and I are starting to work out the details for getting together-- I found out there's an IHOP in Van Nuys; sounds pretty good for breakfast on the Sunday we are there. It still seems unreal to me that Ally and I are going to meet in person. I guess until I see her and Tina it will be that way.
Wednesday we're going to the new mall. We drove by it the other day (Friday) but the only place I went to was the Best Buy and it's not connected to the mall.

I had company Saturday, my friend Janet from college. She spent the night, too and we had a great time! Looked at pictures from her trip overseas, watched 4 JAGs and also watched the movie 'Dying to Dance' and part of the JAGFanFest auction from last year.
She had lots of pics to show me, but they were cool! We did also end up making brownies and got my book marks done for next month. Yay!
Yesterday, we went to church and then to Wal-Mart. I tried to get double fudge kisses, but they didn't have them Oh well, I can get them next week hopefully.

good news/bad news

Well the good news is that it's Friday and the bad news is that JAG is not on tonight. It's being pre-empted by some AFI 100 special, that's been on once before. I guess it leaves me some choices as to what to watch tonight though.
I can watch old tapes of JAG or try to catch the Opening Ceremony of the Olympics, which could be fun since I watched it for the Salt Lake Games.
