I went to see the movie, Ray on Friday night with my brothers. I really liked it and felt it was really informative.

Jamie Foxx did an awesome job as Ray Charles and I hope he gets some Oscar consideration. Finish Later...

I had [;ayed games in an emulator before but the computer I was using t the time had a very below average graphics card on it so it sucked, but just a few days ago I downloaded the RockNES Nintendo Entartainment System emulator and about 40 roms ranging from Mario Brothers and Galaga to Tecmo Bpwl and Double Dragon.


I got my roms from Cool ROM and from google searches for individual titles.

I remember I used to love my NES. I remember me an my brother were doing anything to get money to buy one when one day my oldest brother took us to a store and bought us one for I believe about $100 at the time. That day and the next couple of days we played it like crazy


The emulator and roms are cool, but I want to buy a NES and some cartridges, I've been bidding on ebay, but I keepp getting beat right past the price I have deided not to go past. Anyway, anyone know where I can get a used or new (not likely) NES and some games, of course it has to work. My nephew has the Super Nintendo but it's not the same.


The first system I ever hade tho was the Atari 2600 and I've been looking for those on Ebay as well. I'd like to get one for Nostalgic reasons and my mom loves Pacman. I have Pacman on a playstation cd of Namco's Favorites, but my mom has such trouble with the game pads instead of the joysticks. So again, I;d like to be an Atari as well. Anyway, enough nostalgia for today.

I was feelin really out of it for the last 4-5 days. I got sick bad at a 102.3 temperature, was really sore and had massive headaches. I went to work on Thursday, went to the school nurses' office and they told me to go home. I went home and told my brother later that day what happenned, he could se I was sick, so Friday morning I took a sick day and he took me to the hospital.

We were there for a few hours, I had an IV hydrating me the whole time bc I was extremely dehydrated and they put in soomething to lower my temperature and it worked. We left the hospital and all Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights I was in bed, most of Monday to, when I took another day.

Monday night I started feeling better and by Tuesday morning I was back to myself so I went back to work. I fell 100 percent better now. Whew, was that about the suckiest weekend I've had in a while.

Anyway I'm back and I'll be posting more photos soon.

As many of you may know, going to elementary, middle and high schools, there is a day every day before Thanksgiving we have a Turkey feast where theyu serve Turkey, stuffing and all the goods.


Well, today was the day for us and I was waiting for it. It was delicious, especially the stuffing and now I can't wait for Thanksgiving.


Anyway just thought I'd share.

I took this photo while I was in Mexico City with my brother about two years ago. We had a great time. One day, we went to the Basilica in Mexico City and saw a bunch of people crowded around some dancers, mostly adults.

When I saw this kid come around I had to snap a pic. Anyway, I have been saving money from my raise and I am going back to Mexico City this Christmas with my brothers and sister.

It is really awesome, the culture, the food and everything you see, it's a great experience and I am looking forward to it. You can bet I'll have flash cards full of pics when I go. Well, enough fo today, I'll post another pic from Mexico City later today or tomorrow.
