I saw this on another blog I read (it's password protected so will not post the URL) and decided to share my responses with you.
What did you do in 2005 that you've never done before?
Got a job! A real, full-time job!
Did you keep your New Years' resolutions and will you make more for next year?
I don't make them because I don't keep (or remember) them!
Did anyone close to you die?
Yes, my GP who delivered me almost 20 years ago. Rest in Peace Dr Fennesy.
What countries did you visit?
Australia, Australia... and ummm... Australia.
What would you like to have in 2006 that you lacked in 2005?
A place of my own and a healthier savings account.
What date from 2005 will remain etched in your memory and why?
Can't remember the exact date, however the day I finally broke up with Chris. I've never felt so sad and happy at the same time. Moving on and leaving my past behind... for the better.
March 14 2005 - the NIGHTWISH concert, my first live rock concert ever! Followed by an incredibly erotic dream starring Nathan/Fungus (I'm not sure... only remember the guy's bodyshapy and it was kinda like both of them tallish and kinda beefy.)
What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Getting a job, and falling in love with my darling Fungus!
What was your biggest failure?
Losing the job at the telemarketing place.
Did you suffer illness or injury?
Legbruise!!! Otherwise no major illnesses, just a random OMG??? Pregnant??? week.
What was the best thing you bought?
Ryan's fantastic Christmas present, a dragon bottle holder (VERY goth) the look on his face when it opened it was priceless.
Where did most of your money go?
Rent, and travel to/from work.
What did you get really, really, really excited about?
The new job, realising... after fighting with my feelings for Ryan that I could actually be with him.
Compared to this time last year are you:
a. Happier or sadder?
Generally happier, things with Chris were starting to get shit at the end of 04.
b. Richer or poorer?
Richer I guess. I have a job now!
What do you wish you'd done more of?
Sleeping, falling in love with Ryan earlier.
What do you wish you'd done less of?
Trying to save an already ruined relationship with Chris.
How did you spend Christmas?
With my family, and also with Ryan's (extended and immediate)
Did you fall in love in 2005?
Yes, very much so. With Ryan/Fungus!
What was your favorite TV show?
tough... Numb3rs, Medium and NCIS topped the list! (I know NCIS is older, cept I only just discovered it)
What was the best book you read?
Hmmm…not sure. None really stands out.
What was your greatest musical discovery of 2005?

What did you want and get?
My life back, and a new and happy relationship.
What did you want and not get?
Nothing that comes to mind
What was your favorite film this year?
Again tough! Harry Potter, Narnia, Madagascar all come to mind... I'm sure there were more!
What did you do on your birthday?
Started work in the first telemarketing place and reconciled successfully (for the last time) with Chris, and generally had an otherwise ordinary day.
What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
Realising what I wanted/needed a lot sooner.
How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2005?
My own... occasional hints of goth, and hippie, also generally fairly smart and 'dressy' looking. Also still slightly preppy and girlie.
What kept you sane?
???? Me SANE??? HAHAHHAHHAH!
What political issue stirred you the most?
Meah... politics suck
