Everywhere I go guys are stopping me to try and get my phone number but I won't give it to them. I had a boyfriend last year but I dumped him because he didn't pay enough attention to me. I wish people would just love each other. There is so much hate and mistrust and disloyalty in the world that it's just sickening. If we all loved each other then maybe we would all get along. I must say that I try to genuinely like everyone that I meet at first sight. I give them the benefit of the doubt and leave it up to them to break my trust with them. Happiness goes along with love because if you have love, then you will have happiness. I'm not happy all of the time but I try to be. I try to look for the good in life that makes me smile and you should too. |

I have found that joy comes from within. You need to have joy within yourself and look for it in the little things in life. Just taking a walk with your kid or a family member can bring slight joy that you can hold on to. Try not to find joy in big material things but find it in the little things in life. Like playing with animals or just sitting in sun and looking up at the sky and feeling it against your face. Eating a good meal can bring you joy. Cook your favorite things as much as you want because you will find new favorite things to eat all of the time. Live life joyfully because it's the only one you get. |

Love and hate go so hand in hand it's frightening sometimes. Both are such strong emotions. Can you remember how much you loved someone at one point and then only to turn around and hate them just as much. When you love someone, you put them up on a pedestal and have such high expectations for them. When they don't live up to those expectations or disappoint you then that love can turn to hate. Both emotions drive people to do crazy things along the same lines but love is the stronger emotion and we should love each other. |

If you aren't the type of person that likes to share, then maybe you should evaluate that about your personality. We are taught to share in Kindergarten but some of us still don't do it. We grow so attached to our belongings and don't want anyone else to touch them or play with them like we do. That's silly. You should share what you have with those that you care about. It will truly give you pleasure and possibly teach others who don't like to share to open up. |
