I wish I'd made plans for this weekend. It is pretty lame to have an extra day off and not to have planned a constructive way to spend it. Brett is still in bed. I already went running this morning, and logged online to check the match-making service. There is a nice man I'm corresponding with currently. He sounds like he has it together and is also a fun person to be around. Saturday I went to the gym. Class had been canceled, and my instructors were out of town, so it was uneventful except for one of Art's fans named PJ stopping by in an attempt to meet him. I watched the video "Far and Away" for the first time Saturday Afternoon. It was ultra cheesy, but it cracked me up, especially the part where she was pretending she didn't like him and he was asking: "Why can't you tell me that you like my hat?" Sunday in church, the pastor cancelled his sermon, because people were crowding the altar to ask for prayer. It was pretty cool. In the afternoon I went with Sandra to go see the Third Episode of Star Wars. That is the one where Anakin becomes Darth Vader. Watching General Duku with the light sabers (and Yoda too) was a great deal of fun. I made omelets when I got home. That is only the second time this week I cooked. |
