Well, we got back from the 4 day/3 night hike last night. It was challenging, fun, cold, long, but overall a very good experience. We walked 30 miles in the 4 days and got to see snow-capped mountains, ancient Incan ruins, and fog covered rainforests as we made our way to Machu Picchu. JL had to turn back after the first day due to a severe case of high altitude sickness, so, I got a tent all to myself most of the time. Above are some of the 600+ pictures I took on the hike. I´ll post more as the slow internet connection here at the hostel allows.
